✔ 3 Pregnancy Support Sessions (60 minutes each – Zoom)

Dedicated space to:

Talk through fears, concerns, and past experiences
Build emotional confidence and trust in your body
Learn grounding, breath, and nervous-system regulation tools
Prepare emotionally for labor and birth

✔ On-Call Virtual Labor Support

Real-time emotional support during labor via Zoom, phone, or voice messaging, including:

Calming presence during intense moments
Breath and grounding guidance
Emotional reassurance
Support for partners on how to best support the birthing mother

✔ 1 Early Postpartum Integration Session (60 minutes – Zoom)

A gentle check-in to:

Process the birth experience
Normalize postpartum emotions
Support grounding during the transition into motherhood
